FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in production of construction materials. Grinder comprises cylindrical housing 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 discs. Upper 4 and lower 5 discs have a conical working surface 6, 7 with an inclination angle β generatrix to horizon exceeding angle α natural slope of material. Conical working surface 6, 7 of each of discs 4, 5 consists of concentric projections 8, 9 and concentric recesses 10, 11 of semicircular cross section. Concentric projections 8 of lower conical working surface 6 of upper disc 4 are conjugated with concentric cavities 11 of upper conical working surface 7 of lower disc 5. Gap between concentric projections 8 of upper disc 4 and concentric recesses 11 of lower disc 5 is uniformly reduced in each conjugation from Dmax to (0.1...0.2)Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the initial material. Concentric projections 9 of upper conical working surface 7 of lower disc 5 in direction of its rotation have tangential cutouts 12 of rectangular cross section with width, uniformly decreasing from the center of discs 4, 5 to their periphery from Dmax to (0.1…0.2)Dmax.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of the grinding process and productivity of the finished product.
