SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of analog microelectronics and can be used in various analog microcircuits. input stage of the high-speed operational amplifier contains first 11 and second 12 additional transistors, base of first 11 additional transistor is connected to first 7 input of the device, and the emitter is connected to the source of second 6 output field-effect transistor through first 13 additional resistor, base of second 12 additional transistor is connected to second (8) input of the device, and the emitter through second 14 additional resistor is connected to the source of first 5 output transistor, the gate of first 5 output transistor is connected to first 7 input of the device, the gate of second 6 output transistor is connected to second 8 input of the device, and the collectors of first 11 and second 12 additional transistors are matched with first 3 bus power supply.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the range of active operation of the input differential stage, increasing the maximum slew rate of the output voltage of OA in a large signal mode.
