SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and may be applicable for endoscopic treatment of destructive pancreatitis. Endoscope is guided through the mouth into the patient's duodenum. Endoscopic instrument – catheter is used in the endoscope for ERCPG (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography). Catheter for ERCPG is cannulated at the mouth of the major duodenal papilla using an angiographic guide located in the channel of the endoscopic instrument. Remove the angiographic guide. Carry out insufflation of carbon dioxide under the pressure of 400 mm of water column in a volume of 300 cubic meters. See the main pancreatic duct.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the activity of digestive enzymes secreted from the pancreas.
