FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, and concerns the assessment of reperfusion damage to the vascular wall in an experiment. Assessment of the oxidative modification of proteins of the vascular wall is carried out, and in determining ketone dinitrophenyl hydrazones, reperfusion injury of the vascular wall is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides an objective assessment of the reperfusion injury of the vascular wall after surgery.
