FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of volumetric dosing of liquids in automatic mode, including phlegmatizing emulsion for spherical powders. Device for volumetric dosing of fluid, including a housing, a seal washer, a rod, an air cylinder, valve, characterized in that it additionally includes a hydrostatic level gauge, a screw cylinder, limit switches and an automated valve control integrated in the discharge port of the emulsifier, under the action of a pneumatic cylinder, the valve takes one of three positions: one-time intensive dosing, batch dosing and the closed position, automation of the process is ensured by the movement of the screw cylinder, which, moving up and down, touches the limit switches, and the hydrostatic level gauge delivers readings of the fluid level in the emulsifier to the control panel, then the signal is sent to the control unit of the pneumatic cylinder, which moves the valve to the desired position.
EFFECT: development of a device for volumetric dosing of a liquid that provides fractional and accurate dosing of the emulsion in automatic mode in time and volume during the phase of phlegmatization of the powders.
