FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of gunpowder for small arms. Phlegmatizing composition for emulsifiable phlegmatization of spherical powders contains a mixture of diethylene glycol dinitrate and triethylene glycol dinitrate (LD-30) 50–90 wt% and centralite II 10–50 wt%.
EFFECT: use of the LD-30 mixture in the form of an aqueous emulsion reduces the labor intensiveness of phlegmatization of the powder and does not require an additional melting operation.
