FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the glass moulding device. Device comprises the bending chamber, a mandrel for at least one glass plate holding by the suction effect, including the downwards oriented convex contact surface in the form of a frame and a cover with the guide air casing, located around perimeter surrounding, at least in certain areas, the contact surface. Mandrel is designed to blow the glass plate edges, at least in certain areas, with the air flow and thereby pressing the glass plate to the contact surface. Device includes a fan, which is connected to the bending chamber through the supply pipeline and the return pipeline. Fan is designed to suck air through the mandrel and inlet pipeline from the bending chamber in order to create air flow and again feed it back into the bending chamber through the return pipeline, wherein, the return pipeline is connected to the bending chamber above the mandrel.
EFFECT: simplification of the bending device design.
