SUBSTANCE: in one embodiment, the oral care device comprises a handle and a head. Elastomer component is located at least on one of the handle and the head. Elastomer component comprises a base, a plurality of first particles and a plurality of second particles. Main part contains a transparent or translucent elastomeric material. Plurality of the first and second particles are enclosed in the main part of the elastomeric component. Plurality of first particles have a first color and the plurality of second particles have a second color. Elastomer component may form a tissue cleaner on the back surface of the head, an elastomer tooth cleaning element on the front surface of the head and/or a retained part on the handle.
EFFECT: oral care device containing elastomer component, and a method for manufacturing thereof is proposed.
