SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to immunology, and can be used to suppress the inflammatory response in periodontal tissues in an experiment. For this purpose, macrophages polarized in vitro in M2 regulatory phenotype are introduced into the gum, wherein the suspension comprising 250 thousand macrophages in 100 mcl of medium.
EFFECT: method allows significantly reducing the leukocyte migration coefficient (LMC) to the gingival surface in experimental LPS-induced inflammation against the background of the introduction of macrophages of M2 regulatory phenotype into the gums in mice.
