FIELD: physics, measurements.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of practical application of pulse NMR-spectrometres for express determination of oil-yielding crops seeds quality parametres. Method including taking sample of analysed material of certain volume, measurement of analytical parametres that correspond to content of fatty acids in sample oil, and calculation of percentage content of oleic fatty acid in oil by these parametres, besides, measurement of analytical parametres that correspond to content of fatty acids in sample oil, is carried out in NMR-analyser, for this purpose the latter is placed into detector of pulse NMR-analyser, spin echo even signals amplitudes sum is registered at time interval of 60-80 ms from the beginning of envelope, and signal of NMR proportional to amount of oil in sample, while calculation of percentage content of oleic fatty acid in oil is carried out by calibrating equation of dependence of oleic acid content in oil from value of quotient produced during division of spin echo even signals amplitudes sum at time interval of 60-80 ms from beginning of envelope into value of NMR signal proportional to amount of oil in analysed sample of seeds, besides, coefficients of calibrating equation are found in process of NMR-analyser calibration by samples of seeds with available content of oleic acid in their oil, found by standard procedure, and calibration of NMR-analyser and measurement of analytical parametres that correspond to content of fatty acids in seed sample oil, are carried out at one and the same temperature.
