FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the piezoelectric ceramics technology with low synthesis and sintering temperatures, having the piezoelectric parameters high values, and can be used in the lead niobate-zirconate-titanate based ceramics manufacturing for ultrasonic devices, various piezoelectric sensors. Piezoceramic material production method includes the initial components weights preparation: PbO, ZnO, Nb2O5, TiO2 and ZrO2, mechanical activation using the fine grinding, synthesis until the solid solution obtaining, pressing and sintering. Mechanical activation is carried out by wet grinding for 3 hours in the acidic medium containing the citric acid, oleic acid, isopropyl alcohol, triethanolamine and water in the following ratio, wt.%: citric acid 0.2–1.0; oleic acid 0.1–0.3; isopropyl alcohol 1.0–5.0; triethanolamine 1.0–3.0; distilled water 44.0–48.0; the charge components the rest being. Synthesis is carried out at a temperature of 740–760 °C.
EFFECT: proposed technical solution allows to improve the piezoceramic material quality and reduce the technological process energy intensity by the mechanical activation time reduction, lowering of the material synthesis and sintering temperatures.
