SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing piezoceramic elements based on ferro-rigid materials of the lead zirconate-titanate (PZT) system, which are resistant to external effects and have high temperature stability of parameters, and can be used in various devices intended for operation in power modes, including those intended for extreme conditions (accelerometers, piezoelectric motors, piezotransformers). From ferro-rigid piezoelectric material of lead zirconate-titanate PbZrTiMnNbZnO system, workpiece is formed under pressure of 700–800 kgf/cm2, then, the workpiece is thermally compacted with a uniaxial mechanical load of 1–3 106 N/m2 at temperature of 830–870 °C and held under these conditions for 10–40 minutes, followed by sintering without load at temperature of 1,150–1,230 °C for 1–3 hours.

EFFECT: increasing dielectric permittivity εT330 and piezomodule d31, while maintaining density values.
