FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely, to a method for producing a ficin-based agent having a wound healing and regenerating action, according to which immobilization of ficin in a buffer solution onto a matrix of ion-exchange fibers VION KH-1 in a ratio of 20 ml of a ficin buffer solution at a concentration of 1 mg/ml per 1 gram of fibers is used, with a buffer solution of 0.05 M Tris-HCl buffer pH 7.0; further incubation is carried out for 24 hours at room temperature with intermittent mixing; and then the precipitate formed is washed with 0.05 M Tris-HCl buffer with pH 7.0 until no ficin is present in the washings.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the expenditure of the wound healing agent due to its high stability and prolonged action.
