SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. A method for producing a hybrid preparation of bromelain and carboxymethylcellulose in the form of a thick solution is proposed, including the immobilization of the enzyme preparation of bromelain in a solution of sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose in a ratio of 10 ml of a solution of bromelain at a concentration of 26 mg/ml, obtained by dissolving in a buffer, per 1 g of sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose, previously dissolved in 10 ml of buffer, with constant stirring at a speed of 250 rpm; as a buffer solution for immobilization using 0.05 M glycine buffer pH 8.6 containing 0.04 M cysteine; the preparation is washed by dialysis against 50 mm Tris-HCl buffer pH 7 until the absence of free bromelain in the wash solution.

EFFECT: invention provides an extension of the arsenal of the method for obtaining immobilized bromelain for wound healing and anti-burn purposes.
