FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a process for the preparation of a heterogeneous preparation based on bromelain having wound-healing properties, including immobilization of the enzyme preparation in a buffer solution, incubation and washing, characterized in that immobilization of bromelain is carried out on a matrix of ion-exchange fibers VION KN-1 or VION AN-1 in a ratio of 20 ml of enzyme solution at a concentration of 2 mg/ml per 1 g of fibers; a 0.05 M glycine buffer with a pH of 9.0–10.5 or 0.05 M borate buffer with a pH of 8.0 without addition of KCl is used as the buffer solution for immobilization on the VION KN-1, and for immobilization on VION AN-1 – 0.2 M acetate buffer with pH 5.0; incubation is carried out for 24 hours at room temperature; the formed precipitate is washed with the buffer used in the immobilization until the protein in the washing waters is absent.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a wound healing material based on bromelain, which will reduce the expense of wound healing due to the high stability of the preparation at temperatures above physiological and its prolonged action.
