FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing a composite preparation of bromelain and sodium alginate in the form of a thick solution is proposed, including the immobilization of the enzyme preparation of bromelain in a thick solution of sodium alginate in the ratio of 10 ml of a bromelain solution at a concentration of 20 mg/ml per 1 g of dry sodium alginate, previously dissolved in 10 ml of buffer, incubation at room temperature for 2 hours with constant stirring at a speed of 250 rpm; 0.05 M glycine buffer with pH 8.6 containing cysteine at a concentration of 0.04 M is used as a buffer solution for immobilization. The resulting preparation is washed by dialysis with 50 mM Tris-HCl buffer with pH 7.5.
EFFECT: invention provides an extension of the arsenal of methods for obtaining stabilized bromelain preparations used in medical practice.
