SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical diagnostics, in particular to a method for predicting the risk of developing a combination of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis. Method includes isolation of DNA from peripheral venous blood, analysis of a combination of gene polymorphisms rs2241423, rs7766109, rs4953655 and rs9939609. Risk factor for the development of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis in women is the combination of the genetic variants of the allele G rs2241423 with the allele G rs7766109 with the allele A rs4953655 and the genotype TT rs9939609.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible for women at the preclinical stage to form a risk group for developing a combination of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis and promptly implement in these groups the necessary therapeutic and preventive measures to prevent the development of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.
