Risk factor for the development of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis in women is the combination of the genetic variants of the allele G rs2241423 with the allele G rs7766109 with the allele A rs4953655 and the genotype TT rs9939609.

EFFECT: invention will make it possible for women at the preclinical stage to form a risk group for developing a combination of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis and promptly implement in these groups the necessary therapeutic and preventive measures to prevent the development of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.
