SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical gynaecology, medical genetics and molecular diagnostics, and can be used to predict the risk of endometrial hyperplasia in Russian women, who are natives of the Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation. DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood. Performing analysis of polymorphic markers rs11031002 and rs11031005 of the FSHB gene, rs112295236 of the SLC22A10 gene and rs148982377 of the ZNF789 gene. When detecting a combination of genotypes rs11031002-TT of the FSHB gene x rs112295236-CG of the SLC22A10 gene x rs11031005-TT of the FSHB gene x rs148982377-TT of the ZNF789 gene, high risk of endometrial hyperplasia is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides obtaining new criteria for assessing an increased risk of endometrial hyperplasia in Russian women, natives of the Central Black Earth region of the Russian Federation, and having no relationship to each other, based on data on polymorphic markers rs11031002 of the FSHB gene, rs112295236 of the SLC22A10 gene, rs11031005 of the FSHB gene, rs148982377 of the ZNF789 gene.
