SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical gynaecology, medical genetics and molecular diagnostics, and can be used to predict the risk of developing uterine fibroids in women of Russian nationality, which are natives of the Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation, with normal body weight. DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood. Analysis of polymorphic markers rs440837 of the ZBTB10 gene, rs3779195 of the BAIAP2L1 gene, rs780093 of the GCKR gene, rs17496332 of the PRMT6 gene. When detecting a combination of genotypes rs440837-AG of the ZBTB10 gene, rs3779195-TA of the BAIAP2L1 gene, rs780093-CT of the GCKR gene, rs17496332-AA of the PRMT6 gene, high risk of developing uterine fibroids in women with normal body weight is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides obtaining new criteria for assessing the high risk of developing uterine fibroids in women with normal body weight of Russian nationality, natives of the Central Black Earth region of the Russian Federation, which have no relationship to each other, based on data on polymorphic markers rs440837 of the ZBTB10 gene, rs3779195 of the BAIAP2L1 gene, rs780093 of the GCKR gene, rs17496332 of the PRMT6 gene.
