FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes for the catalytic cracking of heavy hydrocarbons with a moving catalyst bed and the method for its preparation. Described a granular cracking catalyst that comprise a zeolite ReHY or HY, kaolin, sources of aluminum oxide and silicon oxide, with the following content of the active component: 5–30 % of the mass. fine ReHY or HY zeolite, and a bonding part consisting of kaolin 10–30 % by weight, sources of powdered aluminum oxide 5–30 % by weight, basic aluminum chloride 5–15 % by weight, and silica sol 5–20 % of the mass. Method for producing a granulated catalyst is also described, comprising the steps of preparing a mixture consisting of a ReHY or HY zeolite, kaolin, sources of aluminum oxide and silica sol, spinning on a drum tableting machine, low-temperature exposure to air, drying and calcining granulated cracking catalyst at a temperature of 550–650 °C in a vertical shaft furnace.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining a granulated cracking catalyst with high rates of resistance to impact-abrasive loads and catalytic activity.
