FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of producing magnetic composites based on iron oxides and layered double hydroxides, which can be used as magnetic sorbents in various fields of technology, including biotechnology, medicine and pharmacology, as well as for targeted drug delivery. Method for producing a magnetic composite based on magnetic iron oxide and layered double hydroxides is described, in which a mixture of solid hydrated salts of divalent and ferric iron in a molar ratio of 1:2 is mixed with solid salts containing cations of divalent and trivalent metals taken in a molar ratio of 2:1, as well as with solid alkali metal hydroxides, after which the resulting mixture is machined.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining a wide range of magnetic composites containing magnetic iron oxide and various anionic forms of layered double hydroxides, as well as reducing the required mechanical activation time for carrying out the synthesis process by several orders of magnitude compared to the prototype.
