FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in medicine. Multicomponent nanosized system for diagnosis and therapy of new growths consists of a nucleus formed from silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, zirconium dioxide or their composites, inner layer containing copper oxide, manganese dioxide, double oxide of iron or their composites, outer layer containing metal nanoparticles of silver, gold or their bimetallic particles, and biologically active molecules – biomarkers.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a multicomponent nanosized system having a core-shell structure containing spherically aggregative stable monodispersed particles, as a contrast agent for magnetic resonance and computed tomography and as a base for drugs targeted delivery of drugs in anti-tumor therapy.
