SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dispenser for discharging liquid to pasty materials. Dispenser for discharging liquid to pasty materials includes a reservoir and a dispenser head. Dispensing outlet is mated with the dispenser head. Dispenser head is configured to rotate around rotational axis (y) from a first position, which prevents dispensing effect, to a second position, which provides a dispenser standby position. Drive member is arranged to move along displacement axis (x) in the second position for dispensing the material through the dispensing outlet. Discharge member having a discharge opening, when moving the dispenser head from the first position to the second position and vice versa, moves in the radial direction relative to axis (x). Discharge member extends in the radial direction inward into a tube section extending substantially at right angles to displacement axis (x). Relative to displacement axis (x), tube section transitions into a vertical tube section, extending eccentrically relative to rotational axis (y) along eccentric axis (z) parallel to rotational axis (y). Vertical tube section is adjacent to an eccentric member. Eccentric member has a connecting flange extending coaxially with rotational axis (y).

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is higher reliability and ease of use.
