SUBSTANCE: method includes forming the aluminium pattern of the porous anode oxide layer by the anode oxidation, which is removed selectively relative to aluminium, forming the main layer of porous anode aluminium oxide by the anode oxidation of aluminium, characterized in that the formation of the removed and the main layers is carried out in a galvanostatic mode at a constant temperature of 5-10°C and a current density of 5-15 mA/cm2 in the electrolyte of the following composition, g/l: orthophosphoric acid 58.8-176.0, succinic acid 4-6, ammonium molybdate 1-4, glycerine 1-3.
EFFECT: increasing the hardness of porous anode aluminium oxide and simplifying the process of the anode oxidation.
