SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medical equipment. Biomolecule of hearth valve leaflet for determining the size of the valve leaf corresponding to the size of the heart valve includes a front surface made in the form of an arcuate surface to ensure adhesion to the organ; rear surface located on the side opposite to the front surface; and a grip portion protruding from the rear surface and being gripped with a surgical instrument. Front surface is made in the form of an arcuate surface, in which the central part between its left and right ends acts in the direction of the organ, and the rear surface is in the form of an arcuate surface protruding in the same direction in which the front surface projects.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing miniaturization and usability.
