FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery. All valve elements are subjected to complex evaluation. Acute method is followed by commissurotomy to fibrous ring with additional separation of leaflets in subvalvular zone of subcompassural triangles. Then, false commissural is eliminated. Plastic is supplemented by the flat resection of the fibrous sections of the leaflets.
EFFECT: method enables performing aortic valve plasty without resorting to transluminal balloon valvuloplasty, its replacement with a mechanical or biological prosthesis or Ross's operation even in newborns, as well as forming a sine and mobilizing the base of the leaflets.
