SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology and surgery. Install two drainage – one to the dome of the pleural cavity and one to the posterior pleural sinus. Pleura and intercostal muscles are sutured. After the suturing of the pleura and intercostal muscles, a plastic catheter with holes is installed over the entire length of the sutured wound surface of the intercostal muscles, its cannula is removed in the lateral edge of the wound, through which a local anesthetic is administered in combination with an antibacterial drug and a drug that improves microcirculation and repair every 6–8 hours for 7–10 days. End of the catheter without a cannula is fixed to the intercostal muscles with absorbable suture material, and a part of the catheter with a cannula is fixed by binding to the subcutaneous fat with absorbable suture material. After suturing the thoracic fascia and subcutaneous fat is established on the length of the entire stitched wound surface of the subcutaneous fat, the second plastic catheter with holes, its cannula is removed in the medial edge of the wound, through which a local anesthetic and a drug that improves microcirculation and repair are administered every 6–8 hours for 7–10 days. End of the catheter without a cannula is fixed to the subcutaneous fat with absorbable suture material, and a part of the catheter with a cannula is fixed by stitching to the skin with an absorbable suture material.

EFFECT: method contributes to the effective postoperative anesthesia of the entire wound surface, improves microcirculation, repair, reduces the number of postoperative complications.
