For the application of U-shaped seams, carry out suturing out from the medial edge of the wound, retreating from the lower edge of the wound by 0.5–0.8 cm, and pierce with an atraumatic needle internal intercostal muscles and pleura, put one of the ends of the thread on the opposite side, retreating from the upper edge of the wound 0.5–0.8 cm, with a twist through the pleura and through a prick through internal intercostal muscles, further, retreating from the upper edge of the wound 0.5–0.8 cm, pierced the outer intercostal muscles and thoracic fascia, put one of the ends of the thread on the opposite side, retreating from the lower edge of the wound 0.5–0.8 cm, pierce the outer intercostal muscles and thoracic fascia, then, in the same way, put the other end of the thread, retreating from the first thrust to a distance of 0.8–1.3 cm, retreating from the first U-shaped seam to a distance of 0.8–1.3 cm, superimpose subsequent similar U-shaped seams for the whole length of the wound, the U-shaped seams are connected after applying all the seams.

EFFECT: method helps to prevent microcirculation disorders, reduce the risk of purulent-inflammatory complications.
