FIELD: steam generation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a steamer head. Steamer head comprises treating face (13A, 33A) and an aperture (13B) from which steam is expelled. Steamer head further comprises generator (14) comprising steam generating surface (14A) onto which a liquid is provided to be converted into steam, heater (15) for heating said generator (14, 34). Steam generator (14) is in contact with soleplate (13) for heat transfer from said heater (15) to soleplate (13), treating face (13A) is in thermal conductive communication with steam generating surface (14A). Steam generating surface (14A) passes from the treating face (13A) at an angle (α1) to the treating face (13A) such that when treating face (13A) is orientated vertically, the liquid is able to descend onto steam generating surface (14A) and flow along steam generating surface (14A) to be converted into steam, passing over steam generating surface (14A) to treating face (13A) and through said aperture (13B).

EFFECT: object of the invention is to provide a steamer head and/or a steaming device which substantially alleviates or overcomes the problems mentioned above, among others.
