FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mobile communication, in particular to distribution of radio resources for the on-board mobile terminal. Technical result of the proposed technical solution is achieved by the fact that it is possible to determine radio resources for communication with a mobile terminal based on location of the on-board mobile terminal. To this end, the disclosed solution comprises an on-board mobile terminal comprising a processor, a base station, as well as an integrated circuit.
EFFECT: technical result is improved allocation of resources for communication with mobile objects for on-board mobile terminal, improved determination of radio resources for use by on-board mobile terminal for communication with other mobile terminal, increased throughput capacity of communication with mobile objects and prevention of repeated transmissions of data.
