FIELD: wireless communication.

SUBSTANCE: receiver and processor perform a resource reading procedure in order to obtain information on radio resources suitable for use for the device, in order to transmit data at a later point in time. Processor performs independent allocation of radio resources in order to select frequency-time radio resources within transmission window, which must be used to perform the first data transmission, based on information obtained through the resource reading procedure. Processor determines a time synchronization pattern of data transmission, which indicates time synchronization of transmission to perform one or more data transmissions. Transmitter performs first data transmission using selected frequency-time radio resources and performs repeated data transmission in time synchronization of transmission, specified by means of a certain pattern of time synchronization of data transmission relative to the first data transfer.

EFFECT: technical result is providing an improved transmission procedure for a transmitting device for performing initial transmissions and retransmissions for data through an interface of a third-party communication line.
