SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of applying coatings to rolled materials and relates to a method for continuously producing multi-layer composite products in the form of rolled material and a production plant used to carry out the method. Method includes the following steps: a) obtaining at least one polyurethane layer in a matrix with passing at least one device for lamination and multiple heating devices, b) feeding the matrix from step a) of the method to a feeding point on an automatic production line for a web-like base material, c) applying a structured side of the matrix to the web-like base material, continuously passed through the automatic production line, d) processing the composite of the matrix and the web-like base material in a heated clamping device with transfer of at least one polyurethane layer to the web-like base material, e) removing the matrix for the web-like base material, f) moving the matrix to a treatment area and g) continuous winding of the web-like base material on a winding device.
EFFECT: invention ensures the manufacturability of the process of coating rolled materials.
