SUBSTANCE: use of alkoxylated polytetrahydrofuran of general formula (I), in which m is an integer in the range from ≥1 to ≤20, m' is an integer in the range from ≥1 to ≤20, (m+m') is an integer in the range from ≥3 to ≤40, n is an integer in the range from ≥0 to ≤40, n' is an integer in the range from ≥0 to ≤40, p is an integer in the range from ≥0 to ≤25, p' is an integer in the range from ≥0 to ≤25, k is an integer in the range from ≥2 to ≤30, R1 means an unsubstituted, linear alkyl radical having 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18 carbon atoms, R2 means -CH2-SN3, and R3 identical or different means a hydrogen atom or -CH3, where the chains, denoted by k, are distributed to form a block-polymer structure, and chains labeled with p, p', n, n', m and m', are distributed with the formation of a block-polymer structure or a statistical polymer structure, in combination with at least one additional additive having a detergent effect, as an additive for fuel.
