FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and may be applicable for fixing a trachea during a tracheostomy operation. Before opening the lumen of the trachea, it is fixed by flashing without seizure of the cartilage with two stitches with atraumatic needles with nonabsorbable sutures to the left and right of the intended tracheal wall incision line. To do this, a needle is punctured caudally to the fixed tracheal ring and the needle is poked cranially from the fixed tracheal ring, without coming into contact with the cartilage. After cannulation of the trachea, both threads are removed or, if necessary, long-term respiratory support, hemmed with their using the edge of the dissected skin to the edges of the tracheotomy wound.
EFFECT: method allows to prevent the development of chondrites and stenoses.
