FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pile foundations and can be used to transfer the load from the ground to the pump unit installed on the foundation. Pile foundation for the equipment includes piles and a frame of beams installed on them and with the wells for anchor bolts, with the wells closed with lids and placed in frame assemblies coaxially with piles. Inner diameter of the well is chosen greater than the outer diameter of the pile, while the upper end of the pile is inside the well and does not reach its lid. Number of anchor bolts for one well is chosen to be equal to two and their lower ends are bent at an acute angle. At the upper end of the wells there are two through openings located along the diameter of the well, with the bent end of the anchor bolt entering each through opening of the well, with the frame beams located between the two anchor bolts of the wells, at the same time, both anchor bolts of one well pass upwards through the openings of the plate mounted on top of the frame beam, while nuts protruding from the well to the frame beam are wrapped on the threaded part of the anchor bolts protruding from the plate. Upper end of each pile is made in the form of a glass, and a ring in the form of a washer is welded to the external wall of the pile above the lower end of the well, the outer diameter of which is less than the internal diameter of the well. Horizontally placed disc is welded to the inner wall of the well under the through openings. Rubber disc is installed on the upper end of the pile, the diameter of which is equal to the inside diameter of the well. On the ring of the pile there is a steel washer, the outer diameter of which is chosen equal to the inner diameter of the well, and the inner diameter is chosen larger than the outer diameter of the pile. Rubber bush is installed between the rubber disk and the steel washer into the gap between the inner wall of the well and the outer wall of the pile.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the dynamic loads transferred from the equipment to the piles, increasing the life of the foundation.
