FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pile foundations and can be used to transfer the load from the ground pump installed on the foundation of the pumping unit of a well pumping unit. Metal pile foundation for the pumping unit of the well pumping unit includes piles made in the form of vertically arranged pipes and with an auger at the end connecting the beams in the form of a channel for mounting the base of the pumping unit, and on the channel of beams there are holes with pins for fastening the base of the pumping unit. Number of connecting beams is equal to two, and the length of each beam is chosen equal to the outer diameter of a pile pipe, plus a distance between the two extreme pile pipes located in the same row of these pipes. Each beam is parallel to the plane of symmetry of the rows of pile pipes, and both beams mounted on plates welded to the upper ends of the pile pipes, and connected to these plates by welding. Two pile pipes located near the well and two pile pipes remote from the well are welded in two intersecting corner profiles, which are welded to each other using a plate. On the channels of both beams, the holes for pins are made with the possibility of mounting the bases of different types of pumping units, the width of the base differs slightly from the distance between the beams.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing unification of the metal pile foundation for the pumping unit of the well pumping unit, allowing it to be used for different types of pumping units with the same width of the base, reducing the material consumption.
