FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pile foundations and can be used to transfer the load from the ground pump installed on the foundation of the pumping unit of a well pumping unit. Metal pile foundation for the pumping unit of a borehole rig includes piles made in the form of vertically arranged pipes and with a screw at the end, connecting the beams in the form of a channel for installing the base of the pumping unit. Number of connecting beams is two, and the length of each beam is chosen equal to the outer diameter of the pile pipe plus the distance between the two extreme pile pipes located in the same row of these pipes. Each beam is installed on the pipes of a separate row of piles, where the plane of symmetry of the rows of pipes of the piles passes along the axis of the well, and the distance from two pipe tubes located near the well, up to two pipe piles, remote from the well, are selected with the possibility of installing on this foundation the foundations of several types of pumping units. Both beams are mounted on plates welded to the upper ends of the pile pipes and connected to these plates by welding. Base of the pumping unit is attached to the beams with the help of plates or pipes having holes at the ends, and U-shaped bent studs that grip the channel of the base of the pumping unit and beams from above. Threaded ends of each stud pass through the holes in the plate or pipe and contain nuts to tighten the channels of the base of the pumping unit and the beam to each other. Two pile pipes located near the well and two pile pipes remote from the well are welded in two intersecting corner profiles, which are welded to each other using a plate.

EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring the unification of the metal pile foundation for the pumping unit of the borehole unit, allowing it to be used for different types of pumping units, reducing the material intensity of the foundation.
