FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for the prevention of renal ischemia reperfusion injury in the experiment. When simulating renal ischemia reperfusion injury, male Wistar rats by imposing atraumatic clamps on the renal pedicle are injected with carbamylated darbepoetin at a dose of 50 mcg/kg subcutaneously in the top of shoulder 24 hours before ischemia induction for 40 minutes. Evaluation of nephroprotective properties carried out after 24 and 72 hours.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of the prevention of ischemia reperfusion disorders of the kidneys.
