FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to experimental pharmacology and urology, and can be used to correct disorders of microcirculation in the kidney. A method for correcting microcirculation disorders in a kidney involves reproducing a model of ischemia-reperfusion kidney injuries by applying atraumatic vascular clamps to laboratory rats on the left renal pedicle for 40 minutes. To correct microcirculation, a peptide that mimics the a-helix B of erythropoietin - pHBSP is injected intraperitoneally at a dosage of 25 mcg/kg once 30 minutes before ischemia.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of an effective method for correcting microcirculation in the kidney when modeling ischemia-reperfusion kidney damage.
