FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: matrix substrate has a plurality of pixel modules arranged in a matrix. Pixel modules comprise first pixel electrodes and second pixel electrodes, wherein the first pixel electrodes are connected to the first thin-film transistors, and the second pixel electrodes are connected to the second thin-film transistors. There is a channel between the source and drain of each of the first thin-film transistors. Projection of each of the first pixel electrodes on the plane where the channel of the corresponding first thin-film transistor is located covers partially the channel of the corresponding first thin-film transistor; wherein parts of channels of first thin-film transistors, which are coated with corresponding first pixel electrode, are not equal to each other; each of the first pixel electrodes and the source and drain of the corresponding first thin-film transistor is a thin-film transistor with an upper gate.
EFFECT: invention relates to the field of display technologies, in particular to liquid crystal display devices.
