FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: renoparenchymatous arterial hypertension is simulated in mature male rats by a chemical injury of the renal parenchyma by administering 4% paraformaldehyde 0.1 ml into an upper pole of both kidneys.
EFFECT: method provides obtaining the permanent blood pressure increase in a short period of time, high reproducibility, simplicity of the procedure, low invasiveness, short rehabilitation period in the formation of significant morphological and biochemical transformations in the target organs similar to the clinical versions of renoparenchymatous arterial hypertension.
