FIELD: medicine; experimental cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: for this purpose animal's arterial pressure is increased with multiple factors. Prescribed cardiovasonephropathogenic semisynthetic diet is cholesterol enriched, charged with twice-substituted aqueous sodium phosphate in combination with potassium and magnesium deficit. Besides, hydrocortisone acetate suspension is daily intramuscularly injected in dosage 1.5 mg per 100 g of animal body weight. Simultaneously drinking water is substituted with 1% sodium chloride solution followed by cold exposure in 2 weeks of rats keeping during 4 hours at 4°C.
EFFECT: enables to produce new experimental model of arterial hypertension; easy performed; notable for good reproducibility, absence of fatal outcome of experimental animals and complex exposure to circulatory homeostasis.
