Device (1) comprises first plate (2), inclined at a positive first angle (A0) relative to the horizontal direction (H) for the first upper end (2a) and the first lower end (2b) formation, heating element (3) for first plate (2) heating to the predetermined temperature, which at least exceeds the water evaporation temperature, the water inlet structural element (4) for the water supply to first plate (2), second plate (5), inclined at a negative second angle (B0) relative to the horizontal direction (H) for the second upper end (5a) and the second lower end (5b) form, at that, the second upper end (5a) is adjacent to the first lower end (2b), and container (6), passing at least under the said first lower end (2b), at that, said container (6) is made with possibility of falling from first plate (2) scale flakes catching.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increase in device (1) service life.
