FIELD: steam generation.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to device (1) for steam generation. Device (1) comprises plate (2) forming surface, and heating element (3) for heating plate (2) to preset temperature, which is at least higher than water evaporation temperature. Plate (2) is inclined at angle in comparison with horizontal direction with formation of upper end and lower end. Device (1) also comprises device (4) for water supply for water supply to plate (2) near upper end, control unit (11) for control of water flow supplied to plate (2), and container (5) for accumulation scale adjacent to plate (2). Control unit (11) is configured to control flow of water supplied to plate (2) and temperature of plate (2) such that substantially all of the water supplied to plate (2) evaporates before it reaches lower end (15) of plate (2). This invention provides easy scale removal due to the surface inclination angle of the plate, which causes movement of the removed scale along the plate surface towards the lower end of the plate and, finally, into the container.

EFFECT: invention aims at removal of scale.
