SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulmonology, and can be used to diagnose obstructive respiratory disorders in children with cystic fibrosis. Conduct computer bronchophonography and record the respiratory cycle. Evaluate the acoustic equivalent of the respiratory muscles in the frequency range of 5,000–12,600 Hz. Assess the patient's condition on the Schwachman-Brasfield scale. Calculate forced expiration for the first second (FEV1), % according to the stated formulas. When the FEV1 value is less than 80 %, obstructive respiratory function is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows to diagnose obstructive disorders of the external respiration in children with cystic fibrosis due to the assessment of the complex of the most significant indicators.
