SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pipeline transport, in particular to the pipes with internal coating connection by welding, and is intended for use during the pipelines installation. Pipes with internal coating welded connection contains consisting of outer and inner bushings backing bushing. Inner bushing is made of corrosion-resistant steel and has greater length than the outer bushing. Through the outer bushing protrusion the backing bushing is fixed to the pipeline by the pipes welded joint. Outer bushing has the shape of a hollow cylinder, and the protrusion in this cylinder is formed by the formed by the notch tab outwardly bending. Outer and inner bushings ends are glued to the coated pipes ends inner surface by mastic and the area near the weld seam is filled with the foamed material. Made by the tab bending out outer bushing protrusion is formed by the U-shaped notch, which middle part is located in a plane passing along the hollow cylinder axis. Distance between the tab side edges is equal to the welding gap between the ends of the pipes to be joined.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the pipes with internal coating connection time.
