Sheet cylinder includes a first portion having heat shrink ability and includes a second portion having an elasticity greater than that of the first part. First part has a display part. Display part is provided on a surface extending along a predetermined direction of the structure.
EFFECT: free end portions of the first part and the second part are tightened to surround the end surface of the structure that crosses a given direction of the structure.
