SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of communication control. Communication control system includes: a means of obtaining the possibility of processing a receiving status notification signal, which controls the nodes included in the network, and accepts the contents of the control signal sent and received between nodes, as a status notification signal, and a means of obtaining the possibility of processing the status notification signal; means of identifying a control area for determining, based on network status information relating to communication over the network, area segments; a sending interval control signal transmission means for calculating the sending interval of the node status notification signal for each of the area segments and for sending the sending interval to the area segment node.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the reliability of the network by increasing the frequency of monitoring.
