FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry, in particular to a method for producing nanocapsules of dry extract of Rhodiola Quadrifida. Method of producing nanocapsules of dry extract of rhodiola quadrifida is proposed, where guar gum is used as a shell of nanocapsules, and dry extract of rhodiola quadrifida is used as the core, while dry extract of rhodiola quadrifida is added to suspension of the guar gum in cyclohexane in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 700 rpm, then adding tetrachloromethane; filtering the obtained nanocapsule suspension and drying at room temperature, wherein, the core: shell mass ratio is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: described method allows to simplify and speed up the process of obtaining nanocapsules, to increase the yield by weight.
