FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the structures of the composite dash of the vehicle. Vehicle dash contains a base containing a variety of ground carbon and ground glass fibers in a nylon resin. Base forms the container of the airbag. Plurality of shredded carbon and shredded glass fibers are separated so that the shredded carbon fibers are essentially concentrated in the driver side of the base and the airbag container, and the crushed glass fibers are essentially concentrated on the passenger side of the base.
EFFECT: reduction in the weight of the instrument panel is achieved while improving the mechanical characteristics of the material used.
